Aurelisse was created with a simple idea: to build a hospitality textile supplier that understands the industry from the customer's perspective.
Before starting Aurelisse, our founder built her career within hotel housekeeping and management, experiencing first-hand the operational demands behind delivering a consistent guest experience.
Later experience within the linen industry provided another perspective — working directly with hospitality clients, understanding their requirements and seeing the importance of dependable products, communication and supply.
Aurelisse brings those experiences together. We understand what happens to textiles after they arrive at a hotel — frequent laundering, housekeeping operations, presentation standards, guest expectations and the commercial realities behind purchasing decisions.
This allows us to look beyond simply selling a product. Our aim is to understand what each customer actually needs and provide suitable textile options across different specifications, quantities and budgets.
